    How it works

    01

    Add your PDF

Drop a file in. Every page appears as a numbered tile.

    02

    Choose how to split

Every page, your own ranges, equal chunks, or just the pages you click. The tiles show where each page will go.

    03

    Download

One PDF comes down as a PDF; several come as a single ZIP. Pages are copied exactly — text, links and quality are untouched.

    Questions

    Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and split by JavaScript running in this tab. There is no server step, which is why it works offline once the page has loaded.

    Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are — nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.

    Can I split a password-protected PDF?

A PDF that needs a password to open cannot be read here. A PDF that only restricts editing or printing usually splits fine, but the parts will not carry the original restrictions.

How do I extract a single page?

Choose Pick pages, click the page (or type its number) and press Split. You get a one-page PDF.
