Questions
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and rotated by JavaScript running in this tab. Nothing is sent to a server.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. A PDF stores each page's rotation as a single setting, and that is all this tool changes. Nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed, so text stays selectable.
A page was already sideways in the original — what happens?
The preview shows the page the way your PDF viewer shows it now, and your turns are added to that. Turning a page that was already set to 90° by another 90° gives 180°.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
Remove the password first with Unlock PDF, then rotate the unlocked copy.
